Yes and no. I don't remember the numbers right now... there are many homeless and low-income families, but they are kept under the radar. Thousand Oaks won't allow a permanent shelter to be built so they do what they can to find accomodations. We are in touch often with different organizations to meet various needs that come up locally. Why do you ask? And hey, we should hang soon!
